Mulkin's Service Orientation Clinic
Looking to get the most our of your vehicles service visits at Mulkin Automotive? Does all that technical jargon go over your head? Mulkin Automotive is committed to excellent customer service and making sure you are completely satisfied.
As part of our complete satisfaction service, you can learn all about our Service Department in a fun and informative format at our Service Orientation Clinic. We will not bore you with that technical mumbo-jumbo. We will teach you all about getting your vehicle serviced here; such as whom to call for roadside assistance if needed. Did you know that having us tow your vehicle here may not be covered under your warranty policy and you would be responsible for the entire expense?
We will also show you what to do if you choose to drop your vehicle off at our service center before or after hours. We will explain what options are available to you when paying for your repairs and maintenance. Are you aware that we now carry the CarCareOne credit card by GE? You can now charge repairs and maintenance and get no-interest financing for 90 days.*
We will also cover alternate transportation methods when your vehicle is being repaired, walk-ins and emergencies, maintenance versus repairs and a whole lot more.
