Let me tell you a little bit about us. We started small and grew into Vermont's largest car buyer's network of 10 franchises, seven of which are located in Newport Vermont. Jim Mulkin created Mulkin Corporation when he purchased Ken Frawley Chevrolet in 1978. Mulkin Corporation acquired the Buick, Cadillac, Oldsmobile and Pontiac franchises in 1980. The Chrysler lines, consisting of Chrysler, Dodge, Dodge Trucks were added in 1981. The Jeep franchise was awarded to Mulkin Corporation in early 1993.
